Sam Nejabat is the Founder of SJN Properties. Sam focuses on idea generation for new investments, project execution, as well as forming long lasting partnerships and relationships. Sam has been in real estate for two decades and his expertise includes a range of communities from affordable housing to luxury and commertial properties. Sam holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California Berkeley and a master's degree in Public Policy from Dartmouth College.
